Refund policy

Readore sells digital eBooks that are delivered instantly. Because a downloaded eBook cannot be returned, refunds are given only in the cases listed below.

When you are eligible for a refund

You can ask for a refund or a free replacement within 7 days of purchase if:

•         You bought the same eBook twice by mistake, and you have not downloaded either copy.

•         The file is damaged or will not open, and we cannot fix it within 7 days.

•         You received a different eBook from the one you ordered.

•         Your payment was taken but you did not receive your download link within 24 hours.

When refunds are not available

•         You changed your mind after downloading or opening the eBook.

•         You did not check the format, language or description on the product page before buying.

•         The eBook did not meet your personal expectations, and it matches its description.

•         The eBook was free or bought with a 100% discount.

How to request a refund

1.    Email aysufashion@gmail.com or call +91 7278212650 within 7 days of your purchase.

2.    Include your order number, the name of the eBook, and a short description of the problem. A screenshot helps.

3.       We reply within 2 working days. If we approve the refund, it goes back to your original payment method within 5 to 7 working days. Your bank may take a few more days to show it.

Replacements

If the problem is a damaged or wrong file, we will first send you a working copy. If we cannot, we will refund you.

Cancellations

Orders cannot be cancelled after the download link is delivered, because delivery is instant.
