Shipping policy

Readore sells digital eBooks only. Nothing is shipped, so there are no shipping charges, no courier delays and no customs fees.

How delivery works

1. You place your order and pay.

2. As soon as your payment is confirmed, we email you a download link, usually within a few minutes.

3. You can also download your eBook from the order status page or from your account.

Most orders are delivered instantly. In rare cases, such as a bank delay, it can take up to 24 hours.

We deliver to customers anywhere in the world, wherever online payment is accepted. All you need is a valid email address and an internet connection.

The formats available for each eBook, such as PDF or EPUB, are listed on the product page. Please check them before you buy.

2. Check that you used the correct email address at checkout.

3. Log in to your account or open your order status page to download it again.

4. Still stuck? Email [your email address] with your order number, and we will resend it.
